Terms & Conditions for 12 Days of Christmas Competition
- This 12 Days of Christmas Prize Draw is sponsored by Sizzling Pubs which is a trading name of Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited of 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham, B3 1JP, (the “Promoter”).
- The Prize Draw period will run from 1st December 2016 at 9:00am until 12th December 2016 at 23:59pm and entries received after the end of the competition period are not eligible and will not be valid or considered.
Eligibility
- The 12 Days of Christmas Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry (excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Draw) who have internet access and a valid email account. The Promoter has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
- Only one entry per person for each day of the Prize Draw Period is permitted. All entrants will need to visit the Sizzling Facebook page to enter > https://www.facebook.com/sizzlingpubs
- If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries, which are not completed for any reason.
How to enter the Prize Draw:
- To be eligible entrants must submit their 12 Days of Christmas entry to the Sizzling Facebook Page before 23:59 each day to be entered into the selection process of that daily pool of entries. All entries submitted after 23:59 will not be counted. Each daily Draw will set out the specific means of entering the Draw (for example, liking the particular Facebook post, or submitting a photograph).
- Eligible winners will be selected by random draw in respect of each daily Prize Draw on the morning following that daily Draw from eligible entrants. All eligible winners will be announced later that day.
- The following criteria will also apply, in addition to any criteria set out in the daily Draw posting:
- Any photo entries required must not include anyone under the age of 18 years of age.
- Photos (where required) or entries submitted must not contain any profanity including any swear words, nudity or any inappropriate signals or behaviour that may be captured in the photo or in any comments. Any inappropriate (at our sole discretion) photos, comments, or entries (including any of the above) will be automatically removed from the Prize Draw entry and the public Sizzling Facebook page.
- The Promoter’s decision is final regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Prizes
- There are various prizes available and the exact prize for the relevant day during the Prize Draw period will be displayed on the Sizzling Facebook page together with details of how these can be won and distributed to the winner.
- If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of initial contact then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter is entitled (but not obliged) to select another winner. Unlessotherwise stated, prizes won and validly claimed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be sent to the winner at a UK postal address by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent offered.
- Daily winners will be notified via the Sizzling Facebook page in a comment or direct message, and entrants consent to public announcement of their win.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace each prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

- Prize: 1 Personalised bottle of Jägermeister to be given to 2 winners chosen through a random draw by Sizzling Pubs.
- Each winner will receive 1 70cl bottle of Jägermeister (35% ABV)
