WIN A £100 VOUCHER

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s suppliers, any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, and their respective families or agents. The Promoter may require any participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the draw.
2. To enter the draw, participants must follow @sizzlingpubs on Facebook and/or Instagram, like the post and comment on the post.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is 12:00 on Thursday 26^th October. The closing date of the prize draw is 12:00 on Tuesday 31^st October. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. Draw entries cannot be returned.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Tuesday 31^st October 2023.
7. The winner will receive 1 x £100 Sizzling gift card.
8. The winner will be notified by direct message before Friday 3^rd November and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter by the required method within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.
9. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 5 days of the winner responding to the notification of their win.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The prize is supplied by Sizzling.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] within fourteen days after the closing date of the prize draw.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify a participant or winner if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Sizzling guarantee TERMS & CONDITIONS

As part of our Sizzling Guarantee, we promise to deliver your selected skillet dish to the table Sizzling hot. If your skillet is not delivered sizzling, we will replace your meal with the same dish. Only one replacement meal per person per day is permitted. Manager reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and their decision is final. Available on skillet serves only and excludes all other dishes.
