A local charity that provides high quality care for over 2,500 people every year completely free of charge. They support people with terminal illnesses, their families and their carers.
The funding invested in a summer house for the hospice’s sensory garden, which will be used by patients, family members and friends. Funding also went towards materials and labour costs required to build the summer house. Sizzling and Carling staff volunteered their time to support the project, helping with digging and planting to fulfil the project by the summer.
The project was completed on 8th April 2019 and a celebration of 25th anniversary of hospice wards marked the official opening on the day.
